The Sims 4 has been improving every single year since it released and it’s only ever improved by the efforts of the modding community. Thankfully, a dedicated community of modders has risen from the alleyways of The Sims 4 to change the game up in exciting ways. With this post, we’ll go over all the best woohoo mods, sex mods, sexy mods, nude mods, and adult mods in The Sims 4. These are the best of the best!

No Censor

Take out that tile mosaic blur from your naked sims using this mod. It works for day to day use as well as when your sims get naked for their business. You might want to check this mod out first and foremost before the rest on this list.
WickedWhims Interactions

WickedWhims has created a whole slew of interactions that you can make your sims do that really change the woohoo game in The Sims 4. While only a few animations are available, this unlocks all the interactions and you can supplement this mod with other animation mods.
Glory Hole

This mod adds a glory hole device for your sims to have some anonymous fun. There are two recommended animation mods to download along with it.
ooOLaLa World’s Animations

So ooOLaLa World has high quality animation mods that showcase a wide variety of positions and works in tandem with the previous mod. The first set available for download is free and can be downloaded here. They are progressively creating more positions and animations, though, and you can become a Patreon patron for them to download the other two sets, as well as keep up to date with new ones.
Errybody Getting Pregnant
This mod disables the gender check when your sims go to woohoo so the game doesn’t care what sex your sim is. Gay and lesbian “Try for Baby” options are now possible. Warning, though, the mod doesn’t allow you to choose who gets pregnant. And that includes straight couples, too.

Make Love Not Woohoo
This mod is a simple UI change for The Sims 4. With it, every instance of Woohoo will be changed to either “Make Love” or “Have Sex.” It’s a simple one, yeah, but it adds quite the risque factor to your game.

Here are mods that allow sims to woohoo with themselves.
Bondage
This mod will let you unlock a lot of animations, but also bondage devices. There are also some here.
Make Woohoo Risky
The Sims 3 had a mod that made every woohoo risky. So even if you didn’t choose “Try for Baby” you could still potentially get pregnant. This mod brings in that risk and excitement to The Sims 4.
Orgy
With this mod, not only do you get a lot of other animations, but orgies and threesomes are included. You can also get them here.
More Bed Interactions
So much of the game was cut, for some reason, but modders have found them all out. This mod unlocks certain interactions that your sims would do after they woohoo. These include pillow talk, whisper secret, tickle, kiss, and snuggle nuzzle. Perfect for some sweet roleplaying.
The application form scans one’s body and picks up where unnecessary documents are lurking in one’s body. Just connect the USB adobe flash drive, CD-ROM, Dvd, and blue-ray, or other detachable devices and run the program. Ccleaner professional plus crack 2019.
Strap On
The WickedWhims mod brings a strap on animation along with its many interactions. There is also all of these to choose from, made by another modder.
Teen Pregnancy
This mod makes it possible for teen sims to woohoo and get pregnant. Also available is the option for teens to get married. It comes bundled with quite a few other mods, too.
Prostitution
While it’s not fully fleshed out just yet, there is a basic prostitution career mod out right now. This will no doubt be expanded or done even better elsewhere eventually, too.
No Jealousy
Get this mod if you want your sims to be free birds, flowing through the wind, without a care for who they hurt. It makes it so that jealousy won’t be a thing anymore, and polyamory gets a lot easier to pull off in The Sims 4.
Polygamy
With this mod, you’ll be able to marry multiple sims and get your own polygamous family going. Be sure to get the previous No Jealousy mod, too, to make the process leading up to it a lot easier for yourself.
Adult Traits
These mods will add different (adult) traits that will spice up your sims’ personalities. While not all of them are “adult” there are some in here such as “sex mad” that make this too hot for regular mod lists.
Be Naked Everyday
This mod allows you to have a nude skin mod as clothing. So you can set it on your Sim as an outfit. Set it for every day and they’ll be naked all day erryday. Or even set it as the formal attire so your sims can get real weird at a wedding.
Strip Club
Your sims won’t have to just choose a bar, karaoke, or bowling anymore. They can head over to a stripclub for some fun with this mod’s help.
Cum
With this mod, cum will be applied to the sims after they finish woohooing.
Virgin Killer Sweater
This mod adds that new hit anime clothing: virgin killer sweaters. Your sims will be showing a little (or a lot) somethin’, somethin’ in no time.
Penis
This mod will give your male sims their anatomically correct parts. It works with teens through elders and is recommended for use with the sex animations (which are sure to become abundant in the future.
Penis 2
There’s also this mod for penis modeling in The Sims 4. It’s very “Simified” to keep it in the reality of the game, for those not really into the realistic ones. It’s recommended for animations as it’s actually an appendage to your sim.
Penis 3
And there’s this one, as well. This is more like a skin, as seen in the photo. It looks very close to your sim’s body, and it’s probably not as recommended for the animation mods. It’s realistic and hairy.

Finally, there’s this one in the same vein as the last one, except it’s shaven.

A lot of mods before have animations that include doggy style, but here’s one that specializes in it. And here are some more animations for that, as well.
Vagina

There are also a ton of different nude skins for vaginas. Your sims will be able to be anatomically correct after some quick downloads. Check out a large variety of them over here on this site.
Nipples
There are a ton of nipple mods to make your “bra” just breasts. Here’s one, for example.
Body Hair
Like your sims with a bit of realism in the body hair department? Get this mod to add many hair options under the tattoo setting within CAS. Your sim’s body will never be cold again. Also works with the penis and vagina mods previously listed.
Animate Your Woohoos
Sims usually woohoo by creeping away under the covers and then emerging after some rumbles and hearts. With modders’ help, sims can animate their woohoos to look far more realistic. There are already many for The Sims 3, but unfortunately the Sims 4 doesn’t have that many yet. Some searching only shows up this one with eight animations.
Naughty Help
This mod makes it so that service sims can live with you, allowing you to live out your “sexy Butler” dreams.
Kinky
There’s also a ton of sexy mods you can add, like nipple tapes and a lingerie corset.
Drugs
While this isn’t necessarily sex-related, it is certainly adult content. Someone made a mod that adds weed into The Sims 4, and allows for your sims to buy and sell it.
