A Wonderful Product for Helping Kids Understand Their Medical Conditions

This is just what the doctor ordered. No, seriously, this IS exactly what I ordered. I am a physician, but I am not a creative animator. CTA3 helps me to become more creative, and to reach out to young children and adolescents (perhaps some adults, too) who have certain heart conditions or who are going to receive very specialised heart treatments or surgeries. The interface is very beautiful, and readily invites experimentation and exploration of most of the app's features. The results so far are pretty fantastic. Kids of all ages show much better comprehension of their condition(s) and the available options for treatments. Moreover, they describe feeling more involved in the decision making process. CTA3 animations hold their attention span longer than most other educational modalities, and this appears to boost their confidence to engage in conversation and ask appropriate questions. If I could give it more than 5 Stars, I would do so without hesitation!

Great Application for the Graphicly Challenged and Above

I enjoy animating but it is just a hobby and I’m certainly not an artist. I like this program because I can do animation easily without being 100% dedicated to it. (I have other hobbies as well). I like the simplicity of being able to animate with provided content and also purchase additional content as needed. I’m very impressed with their customer service. I had a problem with installing some additional content I purchased and they were very prompt In steering me in the right direction. In addition they are fixing bugs and adding additional functionality at a consistent pace which shows a dedication to their product. I’m enjoying learning and using this program and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in animation. Just to clarify it is not just for newbies like me but can perform at a much higher functionality as required .

Amazing!! Way better (faster) than Adobe Character Creator and Animate

I’ve been doing video editing for a while, but I’ve always wanted to get into annimation. Not only does it open up a million differnt possibilities in terms of content creation, but there are a ton of video editing applications as well.
I’ve been playing with the Adobe Character Creator (and Animation software) and it’s been a pain almost nothing to show for all the work I’ve put into learning it. But Crazy Talk on the other hand, has been amazingly accessible. In just a few weeks of playing with it, I’ve already made a few (very short) cartoons. I’m super excited to see what I’ll make as the months go on.
I loved it so much, after playing with the demo software at home, I convinced my company to buy the pipeline version so that I could make web ads.
In short, if you’re on the fence, or trying to decide between this and an adobe product. Don’t hesitate, just buy it. You wont regret it!
To the developers, awesome work! I would like to see a few “wizard” buttons in the future, for ultra quick scene creations, and the ability to modify the characters basic elements, (color, shapes, clothes, etc) INSIDE the program, but the tutorials you have online with suggestions for photoshop are a fantastic holdover till then! You’ve made a loyal fan!
