1. Best Hoi 4 Mods

I just would like to know what is better because, I play HoI3 a bunch and I also have Darkest Hour: A Hearts of Iron Game but it seems way harder and more complex. Is it worth it to learn how to play Darkest Hour: A Hearts of Iron Game or would it be better if I just stick with HoI3? Also HoI3's main focus is on war, so does Darkest Hour: A Hearts of Iron Game focus on just war or is it more like Vicky 2 were the economy and a lot more is involved.
